
Everyone is welcome! Start with 30–40 minutes of barre work and warm-up to build strength, technique, and coordination, then move to center and across-the-floor combinations to apply what you’ve learned. Modifications are provided for knees, backs, or any limitations—no prior experience or leotards required. Ballet slippers are recommended, but socks, barefoot, or slip-on jazz shoes are fine for trying out the class.
