
Designed for dancers with some experience, this class builds on the foundations of Egyptian-style belly dance. You’ll refine technique, develop musicality, and explore layered movements through warm-ups, drills, and longer combinations. Barefoot is recommended (dance shoes optional). Wear a form-fitting or cropped top so movements are easy to see; leggings or a hip scarf are also great options. Beginners are welcome, but the pace will be faster than our 101 class.
