Egyptian Belly Dance 101 Beginner
with Amaryllis

This class introduces the foundations of Egyptian-style belly dance. You’ll learn posture, isolations, and step patterns through guided warm-ups, drills, and beginner-friendly combinations. Barefoot is recommended (dance shoes optional). Wear a form-fitting top or a cropped style so movements are easy to see; leggings or a hip scarf are also great options. No prior dance experience needed.
